Data documentation: SODA

There are several versions of SODA, depending on the experiment setup. Version 1.4.2 and 2.0.2 use ECMWF winds from 1958-2001, while version 1.4.3 and 2.0.3 use QuikSCAT winds from 2000-2004. Version 2.0.4 replaces 2.0.3
