This OLR dataset is from the NOAA Climate Diagnostics
Center (CDC),currently the Physical Sciences Division,the Earth System Research Laboratory (ESRL), with gaps filled with temporal and spatial interpolation. For details of the interpolation technique see Note by Liebmann and Smith (Bulletin of the American Meteorological Society, June 1996).
