Comprehensive Ocean-Atmospheric Data Set release 2.1

The Comprehensive Ocean-Atmosphere Data Set (iCOADS) release 2.1 is the most extensive collection of marine surface data available for the world oceans. There are two resolutions available (1x1 degree, 1960-2002, and 2x2 degree 1800-2002) and two products in each (standard, using a 3.5 std criterion, and enhanced, using a 4.5 std criterion). Ten statistics are avaible for each of 22 variables, including mean, standard deviation, number of observations, mean time of day, mean day of month, mean lat, mean lon, first, third and fifth sextile.
Note that there are data only where there are observations (this is not an interpolated product).
