APDRC archive of Earth Simulator model output
IPRC/ESC Collaboration
The IPRC has an on-going collaboration with the Earth Simulator Center in Yokohama, Japan. Through this collaboration, the APDRC serves output from atmospheric, oceanic and coupled models run on the Earth Simluator, known as AFES, OFES and CFES, respectively. These models are run by the Atmosphere and Ocean Simulation Research Group (AOSG), whose mission is to cultivate the new potential of tera-scale simulations for the variability studies on the atmosphere, oceans and its coupled system together with the research coordinations for the effective use of the unique ES hardware resource.
